Since each interior is custom-manufactured to your specific vehicle year, make, and model, these items are not eligible for return due to change of mind. We provide explicit material swatches upon request to ensure your satisfaction before the first cut is made.

2. Material Variance Disclaimer

  • Natural Hides: Leather is a natural product. Minor variations in grain, texture, or natural markings are not considered defects but hallmarks of authentic, high-grade automotive leather.

  • Color Matching: While we strive for 100% accuracy for classic Camaro or Chevy colors, minor dye-lot variations can occur between different production batches.

3. Fitment & Installation Guarantee

  • Our Responsibility: We guarantee that our patterns are cut to the original factory specifications (OEM). If a component does not fit due to a manufacturing error, we will provide a replacement at no cost.

  • Installer Responsibility: We are not liable for damage caused by improper installation. We strongly recommend that all kits for elite vehicles like Porsche or Corvette be installed by a certified automotive upholsterer.

4. Claims Process

All claims for manufacturing defects or shipping damage must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery. High-resolution photographs of the issue and the packaging are required for our technical team to review the claim.
